TU 47 Tuning Unit Mod for 160m

To change the BC610 tuning unit TU-47 for use on 160m

By adding the 100 pfd red mica caps this unit will tune the entire160m band.

Add a 100 pfd mica cap across L26

Add a 100 pfd cap across L20

Add a 100 pfd cap to C31, cap is a "padder cap" for C31
